General Sales Terms

a) Orders
Below 500,00 € you can submit order by phone and email,
over 500,00 € we need a signed letter or a FAX on headed paper.

b) Products
With the intent to improve the product quality all items are subjected to modifications in the outlook and or in technical features.
We guarantee the delivery of products with features equal or higher than what exposed on our web pages.

c) Product warranty
All our products have a warranty of 24 months from the shipment date with the exception of the consumable products or the items subjected to natural degradations. No warranty cover damages from misuse, electrostatic discharges, accidents, etc...

d) Shipments
Shipment will be accomplished by the best courier available from Italy to the destination country. Usually we use DHL or Panalpina.

e) Minimum order
For order covering less than 50 euro of value we will apply an over price reaching the minimum of 50 euro.

Specific payment terms for various destinations

ITALY
1) Payment: Cash On Delivery, Draft Payment when goods are ready
2) VAT: All prices doesn't include VAT (20% of VAT for Italy)
3) Shipment: GLS Executive courier

EUROPEAN UNION
1) Payment: advanced payment with a bank draft money transfer
2) VAT: All prices are without VAT. No VAT is directly applied to clients having a VAT number that ones pay the VAT in the respective countries.
3) Shipment: DHL express courier

REST OF THE WORLD
1) Payment: advanced payment with a bank money transfer
2) VAT: All prices doesn't include VAT, each client will pay VAT and custom taxes at the goods arrival
3) Shipment: DHL express courier
